1 pt Food!



Here's your 1 pt food for the day.  Hebrew National's 97% Fat Free Beef Franks.

I found out about this one at my WW meeting a couple weeks ago.  I bought this at Wal-Mart.  

If you're too tired to cook or you need a low point snack this will do the trick.  

The flavor is good.  It's not as great as Johnsonville turkey sausage but it's also 4 pts less and sometimes that's all you have to work with.  

Here's to low point foods that leave you satisfied and with a surplus of points at the end of the day.  Isn't that a great feeling?!
