My friend Ronay brought this product find into one of our last meetings.
You can find this at Wal-Mart. It's C. Wirthy & Co. Blackened Salmon and it was delicious!
I will tell you it scans as being 7 pts but it's really just salmon which is now free.
So, you decide how you want to count it out. I'm not personally counting points for this.
It's convenient, nutritious, yummy and well worth a try :)
