It reminded me of what a fellow Weight Watcher, Amanda, was saying at our meeting yesterday.
She mentioned that she had family or friends who were doing low carb diets and wouldn't even allow their children to eat fruit!
Oh the horror!
Fruit is GOOD FOR YOU!!!
It has amazing nutrients and tastes great!
