This is another great idea I saw on CONNECT but also heard about from my fellow Weight Watchers at my meeting.
This could not be easier!
All you do is mix up
~1 cup plain Greek yogurt(I love FAGE brand!)
~1 Tbsp Jello sugar free Cheesecake
It's only 1 pt!
Add in points for any extras you like.
Today I decided to use no sugar added Great Value cherry pie filling and a teaspoon of crumbled, reduced fat Graham crackers.
I put this into an antique parfait glass I bought for a song and it looks just lovely!
